Our interpreting department can help! To request a sign language interpreter or captioner for your meeting, appointment, or event, fill out the request form on our interpreting page and our team will reach out to you with more details.

You’re in luck! We offer American Sign Language classes at Deaf Action Center for a competitive price, and all proceeds go back to supporting our programs. Classes are taught by a deaf instructor and offered both virtually and in-personRegister today by visiting our Classes page! 

Great question! We have three easy ways to donate to DAC:

  1. Visit our donation page and make an electronic donation using a credit card or bank account. 
  2. Send a check to our PO Box at 191649, Dallas, TX 75219 
  3. Email us at development@dactexas.org to discuss more giving options

Yes! Deaf Action Center has Deaf and Hard of Hearing Access Specialists who can visit your office and provide FREE training on advocacy, accessibility, and accommodations. Fill out the form on our Advocacy page to request a training. Looking for a custom training on another topic? Contact us for more details! 

Our Deaf and Hard of Hearing Access Specialists are available by appointment as well as for walk-in visits. To schedule an appointment, visit our Advocacy page or email one of our specialists.

Yes! You’ve come to the right place. Deaf Action Center has resources for those who were born deaf as well as those who lose their hearing later in life. For support services and more information about resources, email info.assist@dactexas.org and we’ll connect you with the information you need. 

Yes! We’d love to show you around the office and tell you more about our work here at Deaf Action Center. To schedule a tour, email development@dactexas.org. 

Martha’s Vineyard Place, the apartment complex attached to our Dallas office, now operates the food pantry on-site. To make a donation to the food pantry, please contact manager@mvpapts.net. 

Unfortunately, we don’t accept donations of hearing aids or other assistive listening devices. However, The Callier Center for Communication Disorders is right down the street from our office and has a Hearing Aid Recycling Program
