A photo of an interpreted interaction between three women. The black woman on the right has curly hair pulled up, is wearing glasses and a black blazer, and seems to be interpreting a message to the white woman on the left. The woman in the middle, a white woman with short blonde hair and glasses, is speaking while looking at the woman on the left.

Our Services

We offer American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting and Communication Access Real Time (CART) services at competitive prices for businesses, conferences, hospitals, schools, and more. Virtual solutions are offered in the form of Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) and can be scheduled in advance or requested on-demand. Our service providers are vetted by deaf individuals and certified interpreters to ensure you and your clients receive the most effective communication solutions.

Our Expertise

In a society where the average interpreting company services dozens of languages through a roster of hundreds of interpreters, Deaf Action Center has carved out a niche market to support deaf and hard of hearing residents in North Texas. Rather than employing a “one size fits all” pairing of an interpreter to a corresponding language request, Deaf Action Center takes it one step further and ensures the interpreters they assign are not only competent but culturally attuned to the specific needs of each client. We accomplish this through the use of a specialized scheduling platform and first-hand knowledge of the intricacies of signed languages and deaf culture.

A photo of three white people standing in a classroom and signing to one another. The woman on the left has curly grey hair and a long-sleeved black turtleneck and is signing something while looking toward the man standing in the middle. The woman on the right has long dark hair in a ponytail and is signing something back at the other woman while holding a pencil case and notebook.
